In which we take a break from campaign nonsense to play music with Alaska’s Fiddling Poet.
Seriously.
Ken Waldman, Alaska’s Fiddling Poet, stopped by the Creepy Sleepy Brooklyn Studio to talk politics, poetry, and traditional music. Ken was joined on the Banjo by Eli Smith of the Down Home Radio Show. A Former college professor who now travels the world and plays music, Ken is a man who does what he wants. He’s released several albums of traditional music, and now has a book called As the World Burns: Sonnets of George W. Bush. How awesome is that?
By the way, Ken know his Spearfish. Seriously.
