Harry Potter, Podcasting, and Parties!
Okay, I know it’s totally un-hip, but I’m completely stoked for the release of Harry Potter tonight. I worked at book stores through college to pay the bills, and it is a truly amazing site to see hundreds of kids out at midnight for the release of a BOOK! Seriously.
Anyway, I’ll be attending the Scholastic party in Manhattan tonight with fellow podcaster and all-around good guy Eric Skiff. Apparently an entire street will be turned into a mad event - should be great!
I’ll be Twittering the event, as well as sending pics to my Flickr.
On a related note, Julien just shot up an interesting post about a Harry Potter site he runs.
