Creepy Sleepy Show #102 - The Iraq War Anniversary
To commemorate the fourth anniversary of the United States’ invasion of Iraq, Creepy Sleepy attended an anti-war / pro-peace rally in Spearfish. The protest went from the campus of BHSU to downtown Spearfish on Saturday, March 17th 2007.
Although Spearfish is in a so-called Red State and is a municipality of only 17k, the rally was heavily attended by all demographics in the community. Rallys held in so-called Red States and rural areas may be more significant than those held in Blue States, as Red State rallys demonstrate that not only urban areas oppose the war, but that the entire country is united in opposition.
