My, um, audio seems to have been a tad loud, so I sincerely apologize to the ears any other members of the media sitting on the line. I’m sure that we’re all well past-due for updates in cell phone speakerphone technology, ya know? I respectfully pass the buck.
I will, however, take responsibility for abruptly, uh, affirming one of the many duties of a governor; namely the power of veto.  Governor Rounds, I sincerely apologize.  We both know that you can veto a bill if you so desire.  In my haste to affirm one of your many powers, I may have rudely imposed myself in the middle of your sentence.  Sorry dude, my bad.
