Show #39 - RFID show 1 of 2
We recently comeplted both, long-promised, RFID shows. The first required a bit of post-production editing, but went fairly smoothly. The second show worked perfectly, but the program we used to record on crashed during the LAST song. It crashed so hard, in fact, that Windows completly failed. Thus resulting a fantastic show was completly lost. Again, learn from our mistakes and don’t pay $50 for a program that’s still in beta. I have complete faith that this Program will be fantastic upon the release of 1.0, but at the moment it’s still very buggy.
We will re-record the show ASAP, however. We have a new Top 10 list, and talk about how to make an ‘RFID-proof’wallet.
Show 39, however, did provide for some great discussion regarding your privacy, data mining and the future of information tracking.
Also, we discussed the file issues that took us down for a few hours earlier this week, and have a new iPod giveaway contest. To be eligible, you must register on our forum. Details to come.
Thanks again for listening; show #40 soon…

Update: Thanks to Barry over at the Program’s HQ for his tip on the Temp files of shows created with the Program. It didn’t work for this particular show, but will probably come in very handy in the future. -DHP
